Synopsis:
The Innovative Society initiative comprises three distinct, but related, entities. The Constellation (Meshpoints), Fund and Index each have their own governance and policies. Spacecubed Foundation is the legally accountable entity for the overall initiative.
Detail:
The Constellation (Meshpoints) is an unincorporated entity, existing and functioning by Agreement amongst contributing Partners. Meshpoints policies are developed as-needed and are endorsed by an elected group of Stewards on behalf of the Partners.
Policies are listed below and can be reviewed by those who Express Interest and before they apply or agree to be a Partner.
